“When I was studying the Molecular Biology of the Gene by J.D. Watson as a Harvard College freshman, I never dreamed that someday I would investigate the safety and efficacy of the first antisense oligonucleotide which targets a human protein, licensed by the FDA. It is a privilege and honor to stand where I stand at this moment in my clinical research career.”
